Eddie Greco is the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of the Greco enterprise and asset holdings. As the eldest of the second generation, he partnered with his father, Pasquale, to establish Greco and Sons in 1990. From its inception, Eddie served as Co-Founder and CEO, scaling the business from a single location to more than 14 distribution centers spanning from Pittsburgh to Seattle by 2021. He has been instrumental in every aspect of the Greco family holdings, including the Commercial Real Estate portfolio, which he founded in the mid-1990s. Today, Eddie oversees all family holdings and leads the long-term strategy for G Ninety, while remaining actively engaged in the firm’s commercial real estate operations. He began his career in professional accounting, working in private practice after graduating from DePaul University in 1988.

Bob is the CEO and President of the Cheese Merchants platform, as well as the entire Cheese Merchants dairy manufacturing portfolio, including Eau Galle Cheese, Holmen Cheese, Toscana Cheese and Dairy State Cheese. Bob has served as CEO and President of Cheese Merchants since its inception in 1998. He manages the day-to-day management of the cheese conglomerate, and focus areas include strategic planning, M&A execution and integration, capital expenditures, business development, operations, and sales/marketing. Bob has been instrumental in all phases of the organic growth of Cheese Merchants since its founding, as well as the Cheese Merchants vertical integration M&A strategy beginning in 2018. Bob is also an Executive Director for G Ninety and actively participates in the long-term strategic planning and investment execution of the firm.

Pat is the President of G-Ninety Family Partners, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day management. His primary responsibilities include financial oversight, investment underwriting and execution, and corporate governance. Pat works closely with all G-Ninety portfolio companies on M&A execution, financial review, and corporate law. Before joining the family office, Pat spent four years with Greco and Sons and previously practiced corporate law and Private Equity M&A in Chicago at McDermott Will and Schulte. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, where he competed on the Men’s Wrestling team and was an NCAA Qualifier in 2013, and a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern Law School.

As Portfolio Manager, AJ oversees the day-to-day operations and asset performance of the firm’s real estate portfolio. He manages tenant relations, lease administration, and leasing activity, while also supporting new development projects, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining G Ninety Family Partners, AJ held positions in real estate as both an analyst and an asset manager, gaining broad experience across multiple facets of the industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University, where he also captained the wrestling team.

Danny helps lead financial reporting, tax strategy, liquidity management, and estate planning for the family’s private and public investments. He ensures alignment between the family’s long-term financial goals and its operating and investment entities while managing relationships with external advisors and institutions. Danny brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate, high-net-worth tax, finance, and family office management, including prior roles in public accounting at RSM US LLP. He earned his MAS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MST from DePaul University, and he is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois. Outside of work, Danny enjoys time with his growing family, traveling, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Brian Barrett is a semi-retired financial consultant for G Ninety, where he focuses on accounting, finance, and reporting across the firm’s companies. He originally joined G Ninety (Greco & Sons) in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Brian worked in public accounting and with various hospitality groups in Chicago. He earned his B.S. from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Joe Pieranunzi is an accomplished equities trader with a strong educational and professional background. He graduated from Fenwick High School in 1986 and later completed studies at the Options Institute at the Chicago Board of Options. Joe also holds a certification in Financial Decisions from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he studied Economics, Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Securities & Portfolios. He began his career at the CME immediately after high school in 1987 as a broker assistant and went on to trade CME futures from 1993 to 2017. Joe lives in Hinsdale with his wife and two daughters.

Christine Scimeca is the Office Administrator at G-Ninety, where she has been a valued team member since August 2022. She manages AP/AR and accounting functions, ensuring accurate ledgers and balanced accounts. Before joining G Ninety, Christine spent nearly 20 years in the car dealership industry, advancing through accounting offices and billing departments. During that time, she gained extensive expertise and rose quickly through the ranks. Known for her dedication and strong work ethic, Christine is recognized as a key contributor to the G Ninety team.

Lyn Condon has recently come on board as the Executive Assistant here at G-Ninety. She has an extensive background in administrative, business operations, accounting functions, and large-scale program coordination. Her role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by handling special projects, event planning, resource allocation, and administrative compliance tasks.
